Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Dispatch occurs when your order is handed off to the shipping carrier and begins its journey to your address. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Delivery times vary based on your location and are calculated from the date your order is dispatched:

🌍 United States: 5-9 business days

  • If you notice an error, email us at help@jollyraft.com within 24 hours. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.
  • For flagged address issues, we’ll contact you within 3 business days to verify details. If we don’t receive a response, your order may be canceled.

Please note: Lost or stolen packages fall outside our refund policy, but depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement.
