Refund Policy

At Jollyraft, we’re dedicated to providing products that inspire creativity and imagination for kids and families. We stand by the quality of our products and recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not completely satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please reach out to us at help@jollyraft.com.

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in the processing phase, and we may be unable to accommodate your request. Orders canceled within 24 hours will have refunds processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We’re confident in the benefits our products bring and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to fully experience their value. If you’re still unsatisfied, you may return the item within 60 days. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take extra care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at help@jollyraft.com with a clear photo of the damage. We’ll determine if a replacement is necessary and provide it at no cost to you.

Please note:

  • Damage to packaging (e.g., dented boxes) with the product in good condition is not eligible for replacement.
  • Items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Shipping and Delivery

While we work hard to deliver your order on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you encounter issues with delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly. Jollyraft cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of purchase, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
